Comb Stage Update - Your chance to be included!

Welcome to the October update for my Comb stage project for RBR.

Firstly, I would like to extend my thanks to all members of the RBR community who enjoyed my Wythop stages and decided to contribute towards my efforts. It is much appreciated and helps give me encouragement to try and make even better stages in future. Thank you!

Furthermore, I am happy to announce that I need spectators and from today my PayPal supporters have the chance to be included as a spectator on the Comb stage!

Here is your chance for immortality in RBR, make a donation towards the Comb stage and get involved.

Here is how to be included as a spectator:

  • Anyone who donates £10 towards my work will be given the opportunity to submit a photo of one person and be included as a spectator
  • Anyone who donates £15 will have the chance to submit two photos or a single photo with two people together to be included
  • Anyone who donates £20 will be able to submit images of four people either as individuals or in groups or pairs to be included
  • Anyone who has already made donation (of any amount) during 2025 will also be sent details of how they can submit an image and to be included if they wish
  • Donations must be made via the PayPal link found via the "Support My Work" link above before 30 November 2025
  • Further instructions and guidelines for submissions will be sent via email to those who have made a donation

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your submission details email within 7 days of your donation please email me on eddhartley.simstuff@gmail.com to give me a nudge!

Finally, regarding the stage itself, I have spent the last couple of months adding trees and other stage objects (mainly trees!) but there is still plenty still to go. Here are a few screenshots from Blender to show the progress so far. I hope you all like what you can see!

Welcome to the latest work in progress preview of my current stage project for Richard Burns Rally. I am very close to announcing which stage it is, but needless to say it is a former RAC Rally stage to bring another big chunk of British gravel goodness to RBR. RBR Stage - Wythop II - Splash Screens Preview

With the release of the Wythop II stage for RBR expected on Rally Sim Fans with the next update I thought I would give a preview of the images used as splash screens on the final version. All ten different splash screens feature 4 cars and liveries that would have been used in the reverse direction as part of the RAC Rally between the 1970s and 1980s. I am pleased to announce that the reverse direction of my Wythop stage for RBR, "Wythop II" has been released today with update v1.54.0 of Rally Sim Fans giving RSF drivers a whole new range of options for places to crash during important online rally events!
